I quickly realised how tough it is to transition into a world where your skills aren’t always seen or understood. That experience stayed with me. Years later, I founded Study Academy to change that.
Today, we create accessible, meaningful training that empowers people to upskill, grow and truly thrive— regardless of where they start. We’re proud to work with businesses that believe in the same mission: that training should be more than a tick-box exercise; it should unlock potential.
Beginning our B Corp journey is a natural step for us. It formalises what we’ve believed from day one—that business should be a force for good. This report captures our progress so far, but it’s also a promise: to continue building a company that gives back, opens doors, and supports people through the same challenges I once faced.”
