Visitors

Supervisors should ensure visitors adhere to the hygiene rules and do not expose food to risk of contamination. They should wear clean protective clothing and observe all personal hygiene rules applying to staff.

Visitors with food poisoning symptoms or any other conditions which would result in the exclusion of a food handler, should not be allowed in the food room.
