In this module we cover all you need to know about the MLRO. Please ensure that if you are not aware of who the MLRO is within your organisation that you ask immediately.
You should be familiar with the organisations Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
Anyone in the organisation who knows or suspects, or has reasonable grounds for knowing or suspecting, that a party involved in a matter with which he or she is dealing has criminal property, must make an internal report of their suspicions to the MLRO.
