The aim of this course is to increase our understanding, and raise awareness with reference to mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. The course provides an introduction to mental health and wellbeing, an overview of common mental health conditions. It explains the relationship between pressure, stress and performance.
The course will also share guidance on how we can all promote and support mental health in the workplace, and details of organisations and support services available offering help and advice.
